This is the real deal session. This is where we work through the full Entrepreneurs Circle Marketing and Sales System. Delivered in face to face or online sessions every 2 weeks for 30 mins max (you are all busy and have a business to run!) #1 We start with understanding everything about you and your business, including; The numbers that matter, where you are now, where you want to be, and why that is important to you. 2# We will then move on to your business foundations. This is where we put in place all the basic marketing system to equip you for success. 3# We look at building and enhancing you marketing collateral. The system breaks this down into bite size bits so that you only ever tackle one at a time. 4# Know the score. If you don’t know the score you can’t tell the winners from the losers. Together we will start by understanding how many leads are expected from each marketing pillar, per week or month and then tracking what happens. 4# Stabilise, Optimise, Maximise. This is certainly not a one stop shop. We will go round all the above a number of times to make sure it is truly embedded within your business. With all the above we will “Crack the Rhythmic Acquisition of Customers”.
